YOGESH KASANA

I book 40 discovery meetings a month for a web development agency, selling to healthcare, real estate, and SMBs.

14 months of outbound at PrismX. 120 cold calls a day. 20 qualified meetings a month handed to closers with clean CRM notes. The pipeline I sourced turned into 50+ clients and ₹10L+ in contracted revenue.

MY MONTHLY outbound FUNNEL

2,640 dials → 264 connects → 40 meetings → 20 qualified → 4 clients

Sales Funnel
Stage Conversion Daily Monthly (22 days)
Dials n/a 120 2,640
Connections 10% of dials 12 264

Of the 40 meetings I book, about 20 pass BANT qualification and go to the closer. About 20% of those become paying clients, roughly 4 a month.

Who I work best with

A strong fit if you are

• A founder or sales manager building or growing an outbound/inbound-led SDR or setter team

• Selling to Founders, Business Owners, Coaches, Consultants, B2B & B2C Companies, and SMBs

• Running a clear ICP, or wanting an SDR who helps build and sharpen one

• Comfortable with a cold-call-first motion, backed by follow-ups

• Offering a clear path from SDR to Account Executive

Probably not a fit if you:

• Have no defined ICP and no plan to build one

• Want pure email, linkedin automation with no phone work

• Have no handoff process between SDR and closer

• Have no growth path beyond SDR

WHAT I BRING

Methods: ICP building, prospect research, BANT qualification, objection handling, follow-up cadences

Lead sourcing: Apollo and Google Maps (2,500+ leads sourced a month) Tools: HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets, Notion, Gmail, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Business

Pipeline handoffs: Coordinating SDR → closer → delivery

Experience

PrismX, Website Development Agency · Remote · Aug 2025 – Sep 2026

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

• Built the ICP and sourced 2,500+ healthcare, real estate, and local-business leads monthly using Apollo and Google Maps.

• Made 120 cold calls a day (~2,640 a month), booking 40 discovery meetings monthly at a 15% connect-to-meeting ratio.

• Qualified prospects with BANT and handed 20 qualified meetings a month to closers via HubSpot. 20% converted into paying clients (~4 a month).

• Sourced pipeline that converted into 50+ clients and ₹10L+ in contracted revenue over 14 months.

How I run outbound

1. Define the ICP. I decide who is worth calling before I dial: industry, business size, and the problem a new website solves for them.

2. Source and research. I build lead lists in Apollo and Google Maps and check each business before I call.

3. Call and follow up. 120 dials a day, then structured follow-ups by call, WhatsApp, and email until there’s a clear yes or no.

4. Qualify with BANT. Budget, authority, need, timeline. Only real opportunities go to the closer.

5. Hand off cleanly. Every handoff in HubSpot includes the prospect’s need, budget, decision-maker, and timeline, so your closer never starts from zero.

Cold email to a CFO (reply rate: 11%)

Subject: Month-end close at [Company]

Hi Priya, I saw [Company] opened a second entity in the UK this quarter. Teams at that point usually find close slipping from 5 days to 9, mostly because of manual intercompany reconciliations.

We helped [Similar Company] get back to a 4-day close in two months. Worth a 15-minute look at how, or is someone else on your team closer to this?

Cold-call opener (connect rate: 18%)

Hi Priya, this is [Your Name] from [Your Company]. I know I'm calling out of the blue, so I'll be brief. Do you have 30 seconds to tell you why I called, and then you can decide if it's worth continuing?

I work with finance teams that have just added a second entity, and the month-end close is usually the first thing to slip. Is that something you're seeing at [Company]?

Account research brief (what I hand to the AE)

Account: [Company]

  • Trigger: Opened a second entity in the UK this quarter.
  • Likely pain: Manual intercompany reconciliations slowing the close.
  • Decision maker: Priya, CFO.
  • Best proof point: [Similar Company] returned to a 4-day close in two months.
  • Suggested next step: 15-minute discovery call.

If this sounds like your team, let's talk

I reply within 24 hours. A 30-minute call is enough for both of us to decide whether to go further.
